Job Description
Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing and industrial solutions, is seeking a 3rd Shift Machine Operators Auto Parts to join their team. As a 3rd Shift Machine Operators Auto Parts, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting production and quality assurance teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: 3rd Shift Machine Operators Auto Parts
Location: Waukesha, WI
Pay Range: $18
Shift: Night Shift (11:00pm - 07:00am)
What's the Job?
- Load, inspect, and process parts using hands-on work instructions, visual aids, and quality alerts on modern machining centers
- Ensure design features and tolerances conform to manufacturing requirements through frequency inspection
- Utilize various inspection techniques such as CMM, air probes, electronic, and hand gaging equipment
- Make small offsets and tool changes to maintain process stability
- Perform basic material preparation and handling, including forklift operation
What's Needed?
- Ability to speak, read, and write in English
- Self-motivated with a desire to succeed
- Problem-solving skills and basic decision-making abilities to uphold quality standards
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Basic math skills including adding and subtracting decimals
