Job Description

Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Prior experience in school-based settings is strongly preferred
- Knowledge of developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Strong organizational and communication abilities
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, evaluations, and screenings of students' speech, language, voice, and fluency
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff on student progress and intervention strategies
- Develop and implement targeted, evidence-based therapy sessions tailored to student needs
- Create and revise IEPs in adherence to federal, state, and district requirements
- Maintain accurate, timely records and documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Offer consultation and resources to school staff and families to support student communication goals
- Attend and participate in team meetings, professional development, and trainings as required
