Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current licensure or eligibility for licensure in Minnesota
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred but not required
- Previous experience in a school setting is highly valued
- Passion for helping K-12 students achieve their communication goals
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Organizational skills and adaptability to varied caseloads
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy services to students with diverse needs
- Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and implement evidence-based interventions
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and parents to support student progress
- Maintain accurate records, complete progress notes, and contribute to IEP meetings
- Contribute insight and expertise to multidisciplinary teams within the school community
- Foster a supportive and inclusive learning atmosphere for all students
