Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current licensure or eligibility for licensure in Minnesota
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred but not required
• Previous experience in a school setting is highly valued
• Passion for helping K-12 students achieve their communication goals
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Organizational skills and adaptability to varied caseloads

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy services to students with diverse needs
• Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and implement evidence-based interventions
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and parents to support student progress
• Maintain accurate records, complete progress notes, and contribute to IEP meetings
• Contribute insight and expertise to multidisciplinary teams within the school community
• Foster a supportive and inclusive learning atmosphere for all students
