Key Responsibilities- Maintain a 1:1 call ratio with a response time of 30 minutes
- Manage 15-20 patients during each shift
- Provide both outpatient and inpatient care
- Utilize advanced endoscopic techniques
- Perform laparoscopic surgeries
- Conduct ureteroscopy and ESWL procedures
- Execute TRUS biopsies and fertility assessments
- Focus exclusively on adult patients; pediatric care is not required
