Electrophysiology Cardiologist - $716,837 Base Salary + $150,000 Bonuses
Location: Waterloo, Iowa
We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Electrophysiologist to become part of our established and innovative cardiovascular team at the Waterloo Heart Clinic, specializing in advanced arrhythmia care. This is a premier opportunity in electrophysiology, featuring strong leadership, cutting-edge technology, and competitive compensation.
Position Highlights- Guaranteed Base Salary: $716,837 for the initial two years
- Incentive Structure: Compensation based on production
- Recruitment Bonus: $150,000

Clinical services offered include:
- Electrophysiology studies
- Radiofrequency and cryoablation procedures
- Pulsed-field ablation available soon
- Conduction system pacing (including left bundle branch area pacing)
- Implantation of pacemakers, ICDs, CRTs, and leadless devices
- Loop recorders and remote rhythm monitoring
- Hybrid EP lab with advanced cardiac imaging capabilities
- Atrial fibrillation and atrial flutter
- SVT, PVCs, and ventricular tachycardia
- Syncope and sick sinus syndrome
- Inherited arrhythmias (Long QT, WPW)
- Complex device and ablation procedures
