Recovery Consultants is hiring compassionate, reliable individuals to provide Overnight in-home recovery and mental health support as a Recovery Companion.

\n

This is a non-clinical, one-on-one support role providing companionship, supervision, transportation, structure, and accountability for clients navigating addiction and mental health challenges.

\n

We are not a gig platform. We are a mission-driven team committed to providing high-level, ethical, relationship-centered care.

What You’ll Do

\n

\n
• Provide in-home supervision and supportive companionship
\n
• Transport and accompany clients to medical appointments, therapy, recovery meetings , errands, and activities
\n
• Support daily routines (meals, hygiene reminders, structure, planning)
\n
• Observe clients taking prescribed medications (no administration)
\n
• Reinforce accountability with scheduling and commitments
\n
• Report safety concerns and respond appropriately in emergencies
\n

What We’re Looking For

• 21+ years old
\n
• Reliable transportation or comfort using public transportation/rideshare
\n
• Strong emotional intelligence and professional communication skills
\n
• Comfortable working inside clients’ homes
\n
• Ability to work flexible or extended shifts
\n
• Relapse Prevention
\n
