Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active or eligible state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
• Experience in pediatric and/or school-based SLP settings preferred
• Solid knowledge of speech, language, and communication disorders as they relate to the school environment
• Strong communication and organizational talents
• Commitment to providing individualized, evidence-based interventions

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to a caseload of 15-20 students, adapting to a variety of developmental and learning needs
• Conduct evaluations, write and maintain detailed progress notes, and develop Individual Education Plan (IEP) goals
• Collaborate with teachers, multidisciplinary teams, and families to support each student’s academic and social success
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school and state requirements
