Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for SLP licensure

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students as needed
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers and special education staff
- Deliver direct therapy services, monitor progress, and update documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines
- Counsel and support students and their families regarding communication challenges
- Participate in IEP meetings, team planning sessions, and professional development
- Maintain accurate records and adhere to confidentiality standards
