Job Responsibilities- Shifts typically run from 7 AM to 7 PM, with the possibility of on-call overnight duties.
- Work in an inpatient acute care hospital environment.
- Handle a patient demographic primarily focused on cardiac and medical critical care.
- Benefit from on-site support from a Night Advanced Practice Provider (APP) during overnight hours.
- Perform essential procedures, including intubation, central line placements, and chest tube insertions.
- Experience in ventilator management and handling hemodynamic instability is necessary.
- Required to manage cases involving multi-organ dysfunction.
- Must have completed over 50 critical care inpatient encounters in the last year.
