Key Responsibilities

• Deliver therapeutic treatments under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Focus on activities of daily living (ADLs), mobility, safety, and promoting functional independence for seniors in various living arrangements, including independent, assisted living, and memory care.
• Implement individualized care plans effectively.
• Maintain precise documentation of therapy sessions and progress.
• Educate residents and their families about therapy processes and goals.
• Collaborate closely with nursing staff and care teams to ensure comprehensive support for residents.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Certification as an Occupational Therapist Assistant.
