  • Lovelace Regional Hospital offers 24/7 emergency services, intensive care, inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation, as well as surgical and birthing services for Roswell and its neighboring areas.
Responsibilities
  • Accountable for the practice of Professional Nursing, which includes overseeing patient care and managing staff assigned to the RN.
  • May take on the responsibilities of Charge Nurse, ensuring accountability for professional nursing practices.
  • Follows established policies, procedures, and regulations to maintain compliance and ensure patient safety.
Qualifications

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of an Associate’s Degree or Nursing Diploma.
  • Possession of a valid NM Nursing license or NM compact license (to be obtained within 90 days of hire).
  • BLS certification must be secured within 14 days of hire or transfer into this role, prior to delivering direct patient care.
  • The hiring department may also require ACLS and/or PALS certifications.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
  • At least two (2) years of experience in a specialized area.
  • A minimum of two (2) years of general nursing experience.
