Customer Service Representative

Pay range :$20/hr to $21/hr Job Summary Health Benefits Solutions (HBS) supports consumers with Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) offered through employer-sponsored benefit plans. Representatives provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with account-related inquiries, claims, debit card requests, password resets, lost or stolen cards, statement retrieval, and other account maintenance activities. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced call center environment. Key Responsibilities Provide clients and internal partners with clear, accurate, and complete information regarding Health Savings Accounts (HSAs). Assist customers with account inquiries, including: Filing claims Ordering or replacing debit cards Password resets Reporting lost or stolen cards Locating account statements Deliver high-quality customer service while meeting performance and quality standards. Authenticate customer information and adhere to company policies and procedures to minimize risk. Identify and escalate potential fraud or risk concerns when necessary. Navigate multiple systems and applications to research accounts and resolve customer issues efficiently. Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions. Demonstrate professionalism, empathy, and a commitment to enhancing the customer experience. Handle confidential customer information with discretion and integrity. Required Qualifications Minimum 2+ years of customer service experience (call center experience preferred). Strong customer service and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong grammar.
