This is a contract position, beginning August 10, 2026, and ending May 21, 2027, offering a consistent full-time schedule of up to 37.5 hours per week.

What You'll Bring:

• Active Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) license issued by the State of Texas
• Experience working in school settings with diverse age groups (K-12 preferred)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Bilingual abilities in Spanish are highly valued
• Ability to complete or verify fingerprinting with the Texas Education Agency in a timely manner
• Adaptability and positive attitude in dynamic educational environments

Your Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to approximately 60-65 students at a single campus
• Implement therapy plans under the supervision of a licensed Speech Language Pathologist
• Collect progress data, document sessions, and contribute to student reports
• Engage with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and parents to support student success
• Help students achieve IEP goals and maximize their academic and social potential
