LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an organized, professional, and detail-oriented Entry-Level Legal Assistant for a well-established law firm in Jacksonville, Florida. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with prior law firm experience who is looking to grow their career in a collaborative and busy legal environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming telephone calls.
  • Provide administrative support to attorneys, legal assistants, and paralegals.
  • Assist with overflow work, including document preparation, filing, and case organization.
  • Coordinate conference room scheduling and maintain office calendars.
  • Assist with scheduling, deadline tracking, and other time-sensitive administrative tasks.
  • Organize and maintain legal files and records, both electronic and physical.
  • Ensure all confidential client and firm information is handled with discretion.
  • Collaborate effectively with attorneys and staff to support the daily operations of the office.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a law firm or legal office preferred.
  • Strong typing skills with excellent speed and accuracy.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional demeanor with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Dependable, proactive, and eager to learn.
  • Experience supporting attorneys in a busy legal environment is a plus.
