Key Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming telephone calls.
- Provide administrative support to attorneys, legal assistants, and paralegals.
- Assist with overflow work, including document preparation, filing, and case organization.
- Coordinate conference room scheduling and maintain office calendars.
- Assist with scheduling, deadline tracking, and other time-sensitive administrative tasks.
- Organize and maintain legal files and records, both electronic and physical.
- Ensure all confidential client and firm information is handled with discretion.
- Collaborate effectively with attorneys and staff to support the daily operations of the office.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a law firm or legal office preferred.
- Strong typing skills with excellent speed and accuracy.
- Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional demeanor with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Dependable, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Experience supporting attorneys in a busy legal environment is a plus.
