Job Responsibilities- Work 15 to 18 shifts each month, with 12-hour shifts available from 7 am to 7 pm or 7 pm to 7 am.
- Manage an annual emergency department volume of around 4,000 patients.
- Provide emergency medical care within a hospital environment.
- Collaborate with a day-shift hospitalist on-site, with tele-intensivist coverage available overnight.
- Respond to all codes on the medical/surgical floor as the ED physician.
- No rounding is required.
