Emerald City Gardenscapes in Seattle, WA is seeking a Landscape Laborer / Lead Foreman to join our team. Showcase your expertise in high-end residential landscaping and gardening while contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional services to our clients.

Top Responsibilities:

    \n
  1. Performing landscape maintenance tasks such as pruning, mulching, and weeding to maintain landscape aesthetics
    2. \n
  2. Lawn maintenance, Spring/ Fall clean ups, plantings, shrub trimming, mulching, edging, irrigation, tree trimming and cleaning hardscapes
    3. \n
  3. Assisting with landscaping projects and horticultural tasks
    4. \n
  4. Utilizing hand tools and heavy equipment for installation and preventive maintenance
    5. \n
  5. Pruning trees and shrubs for healthy growth
    6. \n
  6. Mulching flower beds to retain moisture
    7. \n
  7. Weeding garden areas for a impeccable/neat appearance
    8. \n
  8. For Lead; Crew Supervision- direct daily work, delegate tasks, and track team productivity.

Requirements:

  • \n

    MUST have Valid Drivers License, reliable transportation to and from properties. Knowledge of driving trucks with trailers a bonus.

  • \n

    Positive, friendly, and good working attitude is a MUST!

    • \n
  • \n

    An excellent attendance and tardiness record

    • \n
  • \n

    At least 5 years of landscaping experience!

    • \n
  • Ability to operate hand tools and heavy equipment
    • \n
  • \n

    Knowledge of horticulture and plant care

    • \n
  • Familiarity with irrigation systems and proper tree pruning methods
    • \n

Salary and Benefits:

  • Minimum Salary: $54,000.00
    • \n
  • Maximum Salary: $70,000.00
    • \n
  • 401(k) and Paid Time Off benefits provided
    • \n
  • Compensation and benefits are based on experience.
