Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current state SLP licensure (or eligibility to obtain licensure in Minnesota)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Previous experience in a school-based setting is highly desirable
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication evaluations for students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy
- Maintain relevant documentation and progress reports
