About This Role
We are looking for a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Gastroenterologist Generalist to become part of our growing Gastroenterology Practice situated in the beautiful Shenandoah Valley. In this role, you will excel in our outpatient clinic and advanced endoscopy suite.
Practice Features
Practice Environment: Outpatient, hospital-based, single-specialty group
Work Schedule: Enjoy a 4-day work week (3 days in Endoscopy, 1 day in Clinic) for an improved work-life balance
On-Call Duties: No on-call responsibilities or weekend shifts
Current Team: Comprising 4 Physicians and 7 Advanced Practice Providers
Clinical Volume: Handle 14-16 Endoscopy cases daily; average annual wRVUs around 8,794
Endoscopy Facility: Features 6 Procedure Suites and 18 private Patient Prep/Recovery Rooms
Outpatient Pavilion: Conveniently located a short distance from the main hospital
Team Collaboration: Work alongside a collegial medical staff and a broad network for patient acquisition, with a strong partnership with the General Surgery team
Qualifications
MD/DO with Board Certification in Gastroenterology
Eligible for medical licensure in Virginia
Passionate about providing cutting-edge care in community settings
Base Salary: $592,988.00
Potential Incentive: $29,649.00
Total First-Year Compensation: $622,638.00
Sign-On Bonus: $35,000 with a 2-year commitment
Relocation Assistance: Up to $7,500
