This is a Per Diem position, meaning hours and schedule will vary based on clinic needs and will be discussed in detail during the interview.

As an OT - Hand Therapist, Your Success Will Be Achieved By:
- Assessing patient medical histories and creating tailored treatment plans.
- Diagnosing patients through observation of movements and listening to their concerns.
- Utilizing exercises, stretching, equipment, and manual therapy to alleviate pain and enhance mobility.
- Documenting patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
Requirements for Occupational Therapist - Hand Therapist:
- Licensed Occupational Therapist (or eligibility to obtain licensure in the state of practice).
- Strong work ethic and commitment to patient success.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- CPR and first aid certification required.

Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) is highly preferred OR
CHT-eligible (minimum 4,000 hours of hand therapy experience and 3 years of practice), awaiting board examination, OR
Level II fieldwork in hand therapy, with relevant continuing education, and 1–2 years of outpatient hand therapy experience as a licensed OT.
- Experience in treating orthopedic upper-extremity conditions across all age groups, with a primary focus on adult patients preferred.
