Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Current Maryland SLP License
  • Maryland Teaching Certification
  • SLP - CCC credential
  • Previous school-based SLP experience preferred
  • Experience supervising or mentoring preferred (not required)
  • Ability to work onsite or hybrid (supervision requirement)

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and mentor an SLPA
  • Manage a caseload of approximately 20 students
  • Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Provide direct and consultative speech-language services
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families for student support
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation
