• Standard schedule of three weeks, followed by one week of pager call only—no daytime responsibilities during call week.
• Work hours from Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 3 PM/5 PM, with overnight call from Monday to Thursday, 7 PM to 7 AM.
• Oversee four operating rooms.
• Focus on routine cases including OB, orthopedics, regional anesthesia, acute pain management, and preoperative screening.
• No cardiac or neurosurgical cases involved.
• Occasional trauma cases may arise.
