A full-time contract opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC required) covering a primarily middle and high school caseload, with a few elementary students as well. Your skills will help support a range of mild to moderate language and articulation delays.
You’ll collaborate closely with another on-site SLP to manage the caseload, ensuring students receive quality, individualized therapy. The assignment runs from August 24th through May 21st, offering a consistent and rewarding schedule during the school year.
Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Eligibility for state licensure as an SLP
- Prior experience in school settings with middle, high school, or elementary populations
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience supporting mild to moderate language and articulation delays
- Please note: This position is not open to SLPAs or Clinical Fellows (CFs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide direct therapeutic services for students with mild to moderate language and articulation needs
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals tailored to each student
- Collaborate with another SLP, teachers, and families to support student progress
- Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and student support teams
