Four full-time SLP positions are available for the 2026-2027 school year, serving students onsite in high school, middle school, or elementary school settings. You’ll enjoy working closely with dedicated education teams to foster student communication and academic success.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active Speech-Language Pathology license in Washington State, or the ability to obtain one before starting
  • Current Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Previous experience in a school setting strongly preferred
  • Fingerprinting through OSPI completed or willingness to obtain before start date
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills across diverse age groups
  • Commitment to working onsite—these positions are not eligible for remote or teletherapy work

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech and language services to students identified with communication disorders
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and related service providers to support student learning
  • Document services and progress in compliance with school and state guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings, contribute to educational planning, and maintain accurate records
  • Offer support and training to staff regarding communication development and strategies
