Landscape Field Manager

Job Responsibilities & Duties\n

\nPerform landscaping maintenance on properties\n
\n
\nEnsure following of all safety measures by crew members\n
\n
\nCommunicate with the client about property needs\n
\n
\nAssist in job scheduling & timekeeping for crew\n
\n
\nSkills & Qualifications\n
\n
\nValid U.S. driver’s license with a clean driving record\n
\n
\nAbility to work outdoors in various weather conditions\n
\n
\nAbility to lift up to 50 lbs. and operate walk-behind mowers up to 80 lbs.\n
\n
\nExperience operating landscape equipment safely (string trimmers, pruners, mowers, edgers, etc.)\n
\n
\nStrong teamwork skills and ability to manage a weekly schedule\n
\n
\nMotivated to provide high-quality service with strong time-management skills\n
\n
\nAbility to communicate effectively, lead, and train crew members when needed\n
\n
\nAbility to identify and address quality issues as they arise\n
\n
\nAt least 1 year relevant experience\n
\n
\nEnglish-speaking preferred; bilingual is a plus\n
\n
