Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Hold a current SLP license (CCC preferred)
  • Previous school-based experience recommended
  • Comfortable managing a large caseload (approximately 117 students), supported by an SLA
  • Familiarity with elementary school settings
  • Ability to provide both in-person and VOCO (virtual) services
  • Strong organizational and communication abilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech-language therapy to elementary students across two buildings
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and staff to develop and implement IEPs
  • Supervise and work alongside the assigned SLA
  • Maintain timely documentation and progress reports
  • Provide high-quality, inclusive support for a variety of communication needs
