Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current or eligible for Illinois state licensure (SLP-CCC or CFY candidates encouraged to apply)
  • Previous school experience preferred, but strong new graduates are welcome
  • Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills
  • Passion for collaborative and student-focused practice

Core Responsibilities:

  • Provide evaluation, direct therapy, and consultative school-based speech-language services
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Foster clear communication with staff and families
  • Document progress and prepare reports in accordance with regulations
  • Participate in monthly meetings, roundtable discussions, and ongoing professional exchanges
