Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current or eligible for Illinois state licensure (SLP-CCC or CFY candidates encouraged to apply)
- Previous school experience preferred, but strong new graduates are welcome
- Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills
- Passion for collaborative and student-focused practice
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide evaluation, direct therapy, and consultative school-based speech-language services
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Foster clear communication with staff and families
- Document progress and prepare reports in accordance with regulations
- Participate in monthly meetings, roundtable discussions, and ongoing professional exchanges
