This opportunity is ideal for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist interested in providing expert support in a school setting for the 2026-2027 academic year.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid Maryland SLP license and Maryland teaching certification required
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • Strong background working with school-age populations in educational environments
  • Experience supervising SLPAs preferred
  • Comfortable working onsite or in a hybrid arrangement to ensure effective supervision

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a caseload of 20 students, delivering assessments, therapy, and progress monitoring to meet IEP goals
  • Provide direct and consultative support, collaborating with educators and families to drive student success
  • Supervise an SLPA, offering mentorship and ensuring fidelity to intervention plans
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate documentation according to district and licensing standards
  • Participate actively in student meetings and interdisciplinary team consultations
