2nd Shift Quality Technician

C&S Machine is hiring a Quality Technician to support production and ensure parts meet quality standards. In this role, you’ll be part of the team responsible for inspecting products, supporting audits, and helping maintain our quality systems.\n

\nWhat you’ll be doing:\n
\n
\nPerform inspections to verify parts meet requirements\n
\nDocument and communicate any quality issues\n
\nWork with engineering and production teams to resolve discrepancies\n
\nSupport internal audits, including scheduling and completing audits\n
\nAssist with customer and supplier audits as needed\n
\nHelp maintain quality documentation and compliance standards\n
\nRespond to internal and customer quality requests in a timely manner\n
\nSupport continuous improvement and quality initiatives\n
\n
\nWhat we’re looking for:\n
\n
\nPrevious quality or machining experience preferred\n
\nStrong attention to detail and accuracy\n
\nAbility to read and follow work instructions and technical documents\n
\nExperience using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.)\n
\nBasic understanding of GD&T and inspection processes preferred\n
\nStrong problem-solving and communication skills\n
\nAbility to work with multiple teams and stay organized\n
\nBasic computer skills (Microsoft Office or similar systems)\n
\nInternal auditing or ISO experience is a plus\n
\n

\nGood problem-solving skills and ability to work with multiple teams\n
\nBasic computer skills and ability to stay organized\n
