In this position, you will assess and treat patients in an outpatient environment, create and execute personalized care plans, document clinical results, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient recovery and functional improvement. You will provide evidence-based treatment while upholding high standards in clinical practice and documentation.

Qualifications:
  • Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
  • Licensed Physical Therapist in good standing in Rhode Island.
  • Preferred: Demonstrated leadership experience in a clinical environment.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and web-based EMR systems.
