Job Description
Our organization is looking to hire a Board Certified or Board Eligible Pulmonologist to become a part of our esteemed medical team at the Catherine Yardley Comprehensive Pulmonary Center. This center is renowned for its skilled pulmonologists and critical care specialists.
The Pulmonary team is dedicated to ensuring an exceptional patient experience while providing the latest treatment options and services. Our offerings include navigational bronchoscopy, EBUS, robotic bronchoscopy, Zephyr valve insertion, a COPD Clinic featuring pulmonary function testing, a pulmonary rehabilitation program, respiratory navigators, sleep medicine services such as referrals and interpretations, patient support groups, and an RN lung nodule navigator.
Position Highlights:
- This is a full-time position.
- The on-call rotation consists of seven days every fourth week, managing an average inpatient census of 15-25 patients per day.
- Support from inpatient Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) is available.
Qualifications:
- Active Florida medical license and DEA registration are mandatory.
- Candidates must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine.
