We are on the lookout for a dedicated and enthusiastic Family Medicine physician to become part of our team at the Rivertown Primary Care office located in Grandville, MI. This role presents a fantastic chance to significantly influence the health of our community while thriving in a supportive, mission-focused setting.
- Our Rivertown Primary Care facility provides comprehensive primary care services to patients across all age groups.
- The physician will oversee their own patient panel, delivering primary care services that encompass diagnosis, treatment, and preventive care for individuals of all ages.
- While we welcome physicians who have an interest in providing prenatal care, it is not a requirement for this position.
- The facility also includes services such as Podiatry, Urgent Care, Physical Therapy, Lab, and X-ray.
- Currently, the practice consists of 3 physicians and 5 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs).
- Physicians will engage in 34 hours of direct patient care and 6 hours of dedicated administrative tasks, distributed over 4 to 4.5 days each week. Leadership is open to offering flexibility to ensure a well-rounded schedule for all staff.

Qualifications
- Open to both experienced professionals and new graduates.
- Physicians must be board certified in their respective specialty or must achieve board certification within the timeframe set by the relevant specialty board.
- Possession of an active Michigan medical license (or the ability to obtain one).
- DEA license required.
- BLS certification (must be maintained) / ACLS/BLS certification (must be maintained).
Responsibilities
A typical day may involve:
- Delivering direct patient care.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
- Engaging in teaching and mentoring activities.
- Documenting patient information in Epic EMR.
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives.
- Supporting community health initiatives.
