Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Washington SLP license (or willingness to obtain)
• OSPI fingerprint clearance or willingness to complete
• Previous experience in school-based SLP roles is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to working onsite (no virtual positions available)
• Ability to adapt therapy for diverse student populations

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive speech and language services to K-12 students
• Conduct assessments, develop goals, and implement individualized therapy plans
• Engage with educators, parents, and related professionals to optimize student outcomes
• Monitor and document student progress, maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary teams
• Provide screenings, direct intervention, and consultative support as needed
