This position is based on-site and involves providing exceptional, resident-focused occupational therapy interventions under the guidance of a licensed Occupational Therapist.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute treatment plans tailored to individual resident needs.
• Assist in conducting evaluations to assess resident progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and outcomes.

Qualifications and Requirements
