Working part-time with a manageable caseload of 15-20 students, you’ll deliver essential speech and language therapy services in a supportive school environment. Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
  • Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), or eligibility
  • Valid state licensure to practice speech-language pathology
  • Experience with school-aged and pediatric populations preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to organize and manage time effectively in a flexible, part-time setting
  • Familiarity with IEP development and progress monitoring

Responsibilities Include:

  • Conduct assessments, develop individualized therapy plans, and deliver direct therapy for students
  • Document progress, participate in IEP meetings, and update goals as needed
  • Communicate effectively with students, teachers, and families, fostering student growth and engagement
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student needs and promote positive educational outcomes
  • Maintain clinical records and ensure compliance with school and state regulations
