- Schedule: 7 days on, 7 days off, from Monday to Sunday, 7 AM to 5 PM
- Daily caseload: 4 to 5 rooms
- Response time: 20-minute pager callback
- Case types: Bread & butter, orthopedic, obstetrics, endoscopy, and occasional pediatric ENT cases
- Weekend cases: No scheduled cases, only emergencies
- Night duties: Pre-operative and post-operative cases
- Daytime responsibilities: No personal cases, except for blocks at night
- Compensation: We negotiate competitive pay, deposited weekly
- Housing and travel: Complimentary arrangements provided, along with comprehensive malpractice coverage
- Credentialing: We streamline the credentialing and privileging process
- Online access: Portal available for assignment details and time entry
- Dedicated support: Your specialized recruiter manages every aspect
