\nWe are seeking an experienced electrical professional to serve as an Electrician Instructor, focusing on training and mentoring aspiring electricians. This role is ideal for skilled electricians transitioning from hands-on industry work into education, with a passion for teaching and curriculum development. The instructor will deliver industry-relevant instruction in fully equipped labs, combining practical skills with classroom learning to prepare students for successful careers in residential and commercial electrical systems. The position offers an opportunity to shape a new program launching this fall, contributing to the growth and quality of our electrical training curriculum.\n

\nResponsibilities:\n
\n
\n* Teach electrician courses that combine hands-on lab instruction with classroom learning\n
\n* Prepare and deliver lessons aligned with curriculum objectives and current industry standards\n
\n* Instruct students with a range of skill levels and learning styles\n
\n* Utilize instructional technology and digital tools to support classroom and lab-based learning\n
\n* Maintain a safe, organized, and professional lab environment\n
\n* Collaborate with academic leadership on curriculum development and program growth\n
\n* Use the school’s learning systems for attendance, grading, and student feedback\n
\n* Participate in required meetings, program activities, and graduation ceremonies\n
\n
\nQualifications:\n
\n
\n* Minimum 3 years of hands-on electrical industry experience related to subjects taught\n
\n* Strong practical knowledge of residential and commercial electrical systems\n
\n* Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively with adult learners\n
\n* Comfort using basic technology for instruction and student tracking\n
\n* Preferred: teaching or training experience, Journeyman or Master Electrician license, experience across multiple areas of electrical work such as construction, maintenance, renewable energy, or controls\n
\n

\nCompensation is competitive and based on experience, credentials, and role level (Instructor or Lead Instructor).\n
