Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Valid Wisconsin SLP license or eligibility to obtain
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or current Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidate
• Prior experience or strong interest in school-based SLP services
• Solid organizational, time management, and communication skills
• Collaborative mindset with teachers, support staff, and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide assessment, diagnosis, and intervention for students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in coordination with multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Communicate progress with parents, teachers, and administrators
• Deliver direct therapy sessions as well as consultative services
