Qualifications & Preferred Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid Wisconsin SLP license or eligibility to obtain
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or current Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidate
- Prior experience or strong interest in school-based SLP services
- Solid organizational, time management, and communication skills
- Collaborative mindset with teachers, support staff, and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and intervention for students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in coordination with multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Communicate progress with parents, teachers, and administrators
- Deliver direct therapy sessions as well as consultative services
