Adecco Permanent Recruitment is partnering with a confidential manufacturing client to hire a Tool & Die Maker in the Cookeville, TN area.


Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain metal stamping dies and tooling.

  • Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and improve tool performance.

  • Support die changeovers and production startups.

  • Read blueprints and use precision measuring tools.

  • Identify tooling improvements and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of Tool & Die experience in a manufacturing environment.

  • Experience with progressive, transfer, or line dies.

  • Ability to troubleshoot tooling issues and interpret blueprints.

  • Journeyman Tool & Die certification or equivalent experience preferred.

  • Welding, CNC machining, or fabrication experience is a plus.

Pay Details: $26.00 to $32.00 per hour
