Key Qualifications:

  • Active Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Previous experience within school settings preferred
  • Strong knowledge of state and federal guidelines impacting IEP implementation
  • Collaborative communication style and comfort working with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Ability to provide engaging, age-appropriate therapy for early childhood students

Role Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and deliver speech-language services in accordance with established IEPs
  • Consult and collaborate closely with classroom teachers, school support staff, and caregivers
  • Track student progress and maintain thorough documentation for ongoing reports and meetings
  • Adapt intervention strategies to individual student needs, maximizing each child’s communicative potential
  • Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing professional growth as part of a vibrant educational community
  • Ensure all services align with district, state, and federal regulations
