Our organization is in search of a Board Certified/Board Eligible Internal Medicine physician to become part of a well-established outpatient practice in Falmouth, Maine. The chosen candidate will collaborate with a team of seven physicians and two advanced practice providers. We have restructured our care delivery in accordance with the Patient-Centered Medical Home model, ensuring a more accessible and continuous care experience for our patients. Qualifications:
Education: MD or DO from an accredited medical institution.
Possession of an active and unrestricted medical license in the State of Maine, or the ability to secure one prior to starting employment.
Board Certification or Eligibility in Internal Medicine.
