\nAs an Inside Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for engaging with prospective customers, presenting customized home security solutions, and closing sales. You’ll receive comprehensive paid training, hands-on support, and ongoing development opportunities to help you succeed and grow.\n

\nKey Responsibilities\n

\nHandle inbound and outbound sales calls to qualified leads.\n
\n
\nPresent and sell ADT home security and smart home systems to residential and small business customers.\n
\n
\nFollow up on leads, manage pipelines, and maintain detailed CRM records.\n
\n
\nMeet and exceed individual and team sales goals.\n
\n
\nDeliver exceptional customer experiences through consultative selling.\n
\n
\nCollaborate with teammates to continuously improve performance.\n
\n
\nRequirements\n
\n
\n1+ year of sales experience (inside sales or call center preferred).\n
\n
\nProven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.\n
\n
\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\n
\n
\nCompetitive, goal-oriented, and motivated by success.\n
\n
\nComfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.\n
\n
\nBilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.\n
\n
\nKnowledge of home security or smart home systems is a plus, but not required — we’ll train you!\n
