Degree in Radiologic Technology, American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) Ultrasound certification, and minimum 1+ years Imaging experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Completion of an accredited Ultrasound or Diagnostic Medical Sonography program
  • Active certification (e.g., ARDMS or equivalent)
  • Demonstrated experience in general ultrasound imaging across adult and pediatric populations
  • Proficient in operating and maintaining ultrasound equipment
  • Strong ability to communicate findings clearly with healthcare teams
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to patient safety and privacy
  • BLS certification

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform a variety of general ultrasound examinations, including abdominal, OB/GYN, and vascular studies as appropriate
  • Properly position and prepare patients for procedures while providing exceptional care and information
  • Acquire and analyze diagnostic images, ensuring clarity and accuracy for physician review
  • Maintain complete, accurate records and documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements
  • Assist with quality assurance activities and follow departmental protocols
  • Educate patients regarding procedures, addressing questions or concerns with professionalism
  • Maintain equipment and ensure exam room cleanliness between patient appointments
  • Collaborate closely with radiologists and multidisciplinary teams for timely, effective service

$2,270 - $2,394/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
