School Speech Language Pathologist - Lancaster, Texas

Step into a dynamic school-based setting and utilize your expertise as a Speech-Language Pathologist to support student development throughout the academic year. In this full-time role, you'll work onsite for 40 hours per week from August 12, 2026, through May 26, 2027. Multiple positions are available, offering the chance to indicate your caseload or setting preference during the application process.

Desired Qualifications:

• Current and active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license for the state of Texas
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Prior experience within a school-based environment is strongly preferred
• Solid grasp of best practices and legal requirements for SLPs in educational settings
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• Ability to provide compassionate, student-centered therapy

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student
• Collaborate regularly with teachers, school staff, and families to support student progress
• Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with school and district protocols
• Attend meetings, participate in IEP development, and engage in ongoing professional growth
