Qualifications & Experience:

  • Possess current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Hold GaPSC SLP Educator Certification
  • Certification as CCC-SLP is required
  • Previous experience in a school setting, preferably with elementary-aged children
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and evaluate students to identify communication disorders and develop tailored intervention plans
  • Collaborate with teachers and support staff to support student achievement and inclusion
  • Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy to a diverse elementary caseload
  • Monitor student progress and adjust plans as needed for optimal outcomes
  • Attend IEP meetings and contribute to student success plans
  • Document sessions, maintain accurate records, and comply with all state and district requirements
