As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, the RN is responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to patients through effective interpersonal interactions. You will provide care and services that enable patients to achieve or maintain optimal physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being, adhering to all relevant laws, regulations, and organizational standards. Your responsibilities will include assessing patient needs through continuous evaluation and adjusting care plans based on any changes in the patient's condition. Additionally, you will be expected to offer clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs on a daily basis.
Education, Experience, and Licensure Requirements- Nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing)
- Current licensure/registration in the applicable state. An active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing must be maintained throughout employment.
- Preferred: One (1) year of experience in skilled nursing
- CPR certification required upon hire or to be obtained during orientation. Certification must remain current throughout employment.
- Implement and interpret departmental programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures
- Demonstrate excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude towards patients
- Utilize reasoning skills and sound judgment
- Communicate effectively and work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team
