Locums Position in Minnesota for Urologist

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Provide call coverage, including beeper call with a required 30-minute response time.
• Manage an average of 5 to 6 patients during each 24-hour call period.
• Work within an inpatient practice environment, with responsibilities including patient admissions.
• Collaborate with an Advanced Practice Clinician (APC) who has urology experience to support locum duties.
• Perform general urology procedures for adult patients; a fellowship in this specialty is mandatory.
• Preferred skills include advanced endoscopic, laparoscopic, and robotic surgical techniques.
• Preference for candidates interested in transitioning from locum to permanent positions.
• Join a cooperative team of three board-certified surgeons.

Compensation Details

Hourly rates range from $220.00 to $275.00. These figures are estimates and may vary based on factors such as the urgency of the position, your experience and qualifications, and other relevant considerations.
