\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\n
\n
\nLead development of EI&C design standards, templates, and specifications\n
\nOversee design deliverables to meet quality, schedule, and budget goals\n
\nManage multiple design-build projects\n
\nMentor and supervise engineering and design staff\n
\nCoordinate across engineering disciplines and construction teams\n
\n
\nWhat You’ll Need to be Considered\n
\n
\nExperience in substation, power delivery, or protection & controls\n
\nStrong understanding of cross-discipline engineering workflows\n
\nDemonstrated leadership in mentoring and developing teams\n
\nExpertise in design-build construction document development\n
\nAbility to evaluate and implement new design technologies and tools to improve engineering efficiency and accuracy\n
