Family Medicine Physician

Our organization is on the lookout for a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician to enhance our primary care services and access initiatives in the Philadelphia area.

This position is entirely outpatient, providing robust clinical support and the chance to develop a patient base within a mission-oriented, community-centric healthcare system.

• A well-established primary care practice with high demand

• Immediate patient volume ready for engagement

• Exclusively outpatient - no inpatient duties required

• Collaborative care model involving Physician Assistants, Medical Assistants, and shared nursing staff

• Utilization of an integrated Epic electronic medical record system

• A strong referral network within our healthcare system

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine

• Eligibility for licensure in Pennsylvania

• A dedication to delivering high-quality, patient-focused care

• Deliver comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages

• Diagnose and manage both acute and chronic health conditions

• Focus on preventive care and population health strategies

• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes

• Ensure timely and precise documentation of patient interactions

• Engage in quality improvement and performance enhancement initiatives

• Full-time outpatient schedule with 34 hours dedicated to patient care

• Flexible scheduling options are available

• Minimal on-call duties (1:7 call rotation), primarily phone-based
