Obstetrics & Gynecology (Part-Time) Opportunity

Our organization is excited to present a fantastic opportunity for a Board Certified or Board Eligible Obstetrics & Gynecology physician to become part of a well-established practice in Mason City, Iowa.

• Thriving practice with immediate patient volume
• Flexible scheduling options available for both full-time and part-time positions
• Collaborate with a team of three OBGYNs and one ARNP
• Approximately five on-call days per month
• Recently renovated clinic situated on the main campus, conveniently close to labor & delivery, lab, pharmacy, and radiology, with access to Perinatology consultations
• Dedicated operating room time available five days a week specifically for OB/GYN surgeons, including robotic surgery options
• Level II Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) staffed 24/7 by Pediatric Hospitalists and NICU nurses, with an on-site blood bank
• Access to in-house specialists for consultation and collaboration in patient care, including Cardiology, Orthopedics, Reconstructive Surgery, Anesthesiology, and more

• Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible, with certification required within three years of eligibility

• Two-year income guarantee of $400,000 annually, plus productivity incentives (for full-time positions)
