Compensation: $28.68 - $34.72 per hour, depending on prior experience.

Qualifications (What You Bring)
- Completion of an accredited Therapy Assistant program. Must be eligible for certification and/or licensure according to state regulations.
- Must be a registered assistant or eligible for registration in Colorado.
- Ability to comprehend medical terminology and its relevance to therapy, facilitating communication with residents, staff, and physicians, as well as preparing insightful reports.
Your Responsibilities
The COTA will deliver high-quality therapy to all patients in the facility as per physician directives. You will maintain ongoing communication with therapists, residents, and staff regarding the progress of therapy programs; assist therapists with resident-related activities and direct care; and keep departmental records in accordance with facility policies.
- Administer therapy treatments and related tasks as assigned by the therapist.
- Provide therapy to residents based on written orders from their attending physicians, specifically:
- Report on residents’ progress to the therapist and attending physician.
- Consult with the therapist and physician regarding any changes in residents’ conditions during treatment.
